I was doing some er, work related research into exercise [I'm worried I'm becoming a little tubby you see :-(] and stumbled across an article about exercising your love muscles! Bert Sass explains how sex therapists say there are muscles in the lower abdomen that are key when having sex and there are even special exercises to improve these muscles which will then increase your sexual experiences.I wonder if it works with Lolly Badcock doing all the work for me?
Either way, this is amazing, these are the kind of exercises I won't mind doing, good bye gym, hello right hand!
